Art Journal Page "stars" with Peekaboo cut out

Hello my loves! I only have 2 more inside pages to share, then i can show the cover
to my little tiny album art journal. It has been so fun! i hope you like this page! This one and the
last one are "sisters" i suppose lol, you can see through to one side from each page.
but they both use different color schemes and compositions. This page is my fave colors.
I am always a blue and brown lover! For some reason! I used a circle die to cut out a
peek a boo to see through.  Used lots of left over bits of die cuts on my desk!
more collaged scraps! I am loving how art journaling helps me tidy up my area lol!
And it all seems like it was meant to be! I did add some metals of course and some
stamped fussy cut images. I hope you like it!

Art Journal Page in my Tiny Album

Hello creatives!!!!! I am back to share another page out of my Art Journal :)
I have said before, I am NO expert! but I am truly enjoying creating!
Start small in a tiny book or album like I have, if you are new to it! The small
spaces makes it seem less daunting to me anyways! I hope you all like the page below!
And the ones coming up over the next couple days :) xoxo

Now this one seems so simple! But i think it took me the longest lol. First off, I
had challenged myself to NOT USE colors I typically do ! So i grabbed the green!
And blue and black of course lol!
The new Impasto Paints just make you want to experiment! I layered and collaged strips of paper
onto the background! Then just took a palette knife and scraped the paints and gesso
across until I was happy with the look!
After it dried , I just took a stencil and added some light paste. some thread and
a few metal pieces and i felt it was done. The last 2 pages coming up in the next
2 days are much more complex, so this one was a nice break :)

Hope you like my efforts! I admire you brave souls who do so well with art journaling!
I am trying harder! Ready for my next one!

Altered BABY Letters with Unicorn Horn

Hello lovely crafters! This month is the very last month for the
Prima challenge "Make it Prima" (more challenges to come)
and they went out with a really amazing
mood board! I just fell in love with the pastels and the imagery, and
had to create something with the Heaven Sent line. So i got some plain
wooden letters and made a set using lots of IOD and flowers and of course
fussy cutting :) I hope you like my project! Make sure to join us
this month! You will love the board below!
Check it out HERE

I really had fun with this piece, I add a canvas at the end to make a little unicorn horn crown
of sorts :) The details in real life really stand out! Very sparkly and pretty!
I LOVE the newer IOD moulds! And for once I used resin in them, and LOVE the
perfect pieces it cast! Took the Art Alchemy Paints perfectly!
To make my unicorn horn I used the IOD mold (suppy list below) and while the clay
was wet i wrapped it around round objects of varying sizes to let dry.
Then just glued them together and painted .

I hope you all like my project! To get any of the products just click the pix below . xo
