Queen of the World Globe for Art Venture

Hello loves! Before I bombard you with photos from the event and meeting so many amazing people
in Phoenix for Art Venture I wanted to show you what my class project was :)
We created this Queen of the World altered globe using a ton of mixed
media techniques! It's always amazing to see how other people interpret your idea
and make it their own! I'll share pix soon!

A full supply list is at the bottom! Huge hugs everyone!

We created our continents by using buttons and sequins. It was really whimsical.
Of course I adorned them with lots of splatters and metals!
Every queen needs a crown! And this was so easy to do!
A bit of a detail shot to show just how cool those continents look!
I hope you all like "her" :)

Wintry Snow Globe Cloche

Hello Hello Hello lol! Echo! Sorry to be MIA , I have been traveling a lot . In fact I have a huge post to share on Art Venture in Phoenix that I just taught at. It was an amazing
time with wonderful people! More on that later! For now , i need to catch up on
Winter projects before Winter is gone hehe!

I created this Cloche for Prima using a ton of fun elements!
I love the Zella Teal line, and it's perfect for winter projects! I hope you like
it! Making the little paper animals was really fun to do!

Huge Hugs and coming next week I have lots of shares with the new range
of products from Prima just shown at Creativation! So fun!

I went to town altering this little piece! Covering my house in Zella Teal paper. And adding mica flakes as shingles on the roof. The Snowflake Paste is AMAZING! Addicted now big time!
It added perfect touches.
I did some fussy cutting of course, and added lots of art stones here and there :)

I love the paper animals! It brought me back to my childhood!

Christmas Advent Calendar

My honey is traveling for work and it's the first time we have been apart! I made him
this advent calendar with corresponding letters and photos and online surprises for him while
he was gone! It was really fun to make!!!!!
I have a video tutorial HERE!!!

I used a ton of fun elements, like wooden ornaments from the craft store lots of Prima goodness
and some Tim Holtz pieces as well! I really enjoyed making each envelope and sealing it with wax!
I think this would be a great way to make a super special mini album as well!
